The CoastRunner Band is dedicated to making your next special event or party the best ever! We provide entertainment for Weddings, Corporate Parties, Conventions, Private Parties, Festivals, and Dance Clubs.

The band is a full eight piece band with a spectacular horn section combined with smooth powerful lead vocals and exceptional harmonies. All of our members are experienced musicians that know the market and its customers well.

Formed in early 2008 along the beaches of Charleston SC, its member’s motivation and objective was to perform familiar music that gets the crowd up and dancing from the first song to the last song of the evening. Something most bands fail to ever achieve! Every song is performed live and you can count on The CoastRunner Band to provide you with the perfect mix of Beach, Funk, R&B, Soul with a little Boogie and some Classic Rock thrown in for just plain fun.

Everyone in the band seems to really enjoy what they are doing and, in particular, had fun with our group, which added to everyone's enjoyment. It felt like the band was having as much fun as everyone listening and dancing. Many people commented to me that the band "sounded great", "was an excellent band", "was awesome", "was the best band I have heard in a long time", "was a great dance band."

I think the price was an exceptional value for the performance given. While you could probably charge more, it is wonderful that such an excellent band is available at a price many can afford. Some might not be able to afford a more expensive band and CoastRunner provides a professional quality performance and music quality comparable to significantly more expensive bands. I am recommending CoastRunner to everyone I talk with about bands for weddings or other performances and I am trying to find opportunities to bring the CoastRunner band to Beaufort, NC so I can enjoy dancing to the band again. Everyone in the band takes pride in being professional and that was how all contacts with everyone about everything were experienced. Everyone was professional and cooperative and made the music just what we wanted for both the wedding and the rehearsal dinner. It was a great selection of music performed very well. Having a full and excellent brass section added to the quality of the performance.
